Strange, did it used to print all faxes received? Let me know and I can help you fix this and get them printed from memory. It is a Pixma MX320 correct?

OK press the FAX button then MENU button and go through the menu there and look for the options for receive mode and anything else applicable to how it receives fax. What is receive mode set to? You should be able to change it to something normal like Fax Priority Mode...

    Thanks

Ok also, when you're done with that to print from memory hit FAX then MENU then go to PRINT ALL RX DOCS, and hit OK, it will ask you to confirm, hit OK on YES and it will print them all.

From the main screen keep hitting MENU until you get to USER SETTINGS. Under User Settings go to AUTO PRINT and make sure it is ON.

This should be the issue for it storing everything

These are the only ways it will store a fax in memory:

    Conditions of the Memory Receiving

    • If the machine receives a fax under one of the following conditions, the machine will not be able to
print the received fax and will automatically store it in its memory.

    • Ink has run out while receiving a fax.

    • Paper has run out while receiving a fax.

    • Paper other than A4, Letter, or Legal-sized papers are loaded.

    • OFF is selected for Auto Print in User Settings.

    • Using Useful Fax Functions Page 73 of 817 pages

    • You pressed the Stop button to cancel printing of a fax.

And I've told you how to print from memory, between this post and the one about printing from memory you should be able to get it. Also the full manual is here:

Message saying "received in memory", what does it mean and how do I get rid of it?

It means there are pending documents in the memory of the printer awaiting to be printed. This documents could be a received fax documents or a documents failed to send.

Just press the menu button to enter fax setting: under it the appears "receive mode set"...... use the right arrow button to go to "memory referrence" then click OK button.

Use again the arrow buttons to delete documents in memory.

A incorrect fax number got loaded into the memory by mistake. How do I delete it. It is a Pixma MX320 model

If you mean the fax number for your fax machine, you should be able to press the Fax button on the printer and then press the menu button, then go to settings. You should be able to change the original set-up information, including the fax number and other identifying features for your faxes.

If you mean for memory for other fax numbers, you should be able to to to the directory in the settings and edit or delete the memory settings much the same.
