Thank you for your help. I took the manifold off and the ceramic pistons are exposed.where are the seals located, towards the crank case or within the manifold.

If you need seals here is a good source:

The bottom one is for oil seals only.

Just a note if the unloader valve is sticking and you have an unusual amount of pressure above 3000 PSI the presure can force water into the oil without loosing pressure.

I would recommend taking the unloader valve off of the pump.
Clean it up real well and use #105 white grease for lubrication of the spring and seals before re-installing it. I would do an oil drain and flush / reservice and see if the water is still getting into the oil.

Another note is... if someone by chance washed off the pump with the wand it is possible for the water pressure to momentarily float the oil seal off of the pump shaft and introduce water into the oil.

If after that you have water in the oil then you will have to purchase a seal kit.

Thanks for choosing FixYa.

That means the seals between the piston and crankcase are leaking allowing the water to enter the oil. You will need the model number of the pump itself to buy replacement parts. You can try for most brand of parts. You can either buy just this seal (usually 3, one per piston) or a kit with the piston packing too. If there isn't too much water keep the oil changed.

How do I fix water from getting in the oil

If you are getting water in your oil there are 2 issues going on...
1) You packing is bad...take the brass manifold off your pump and check your packings...look for rips or worn spots...
2) look for craks in the 3 pistons in your pump manifold. They may be ceramic...look for cracks...sometimes they are hairline cracks.
You may just need to replace the packings...but if the pistons are cracked then you will need to replace both pistons and packings. You can look up your model pump here and get the correct parts. Good luck... Pressure washer parts catalog quick links Pressure Washers High Pressure...

I have lost pressure on my Lavor pressure washer

Oil seals are needed for sure. But you also need to check the valves! To check them, remove the valves, clean them and check them! You can check them to see if they are working properly by put the valve to your lips with them metal side or the bottom to your lips then blowing, if they "flutter" good then try to suck air through them! If you cannot suck air, they are good! Then inspect your water seals. They tend to dry out and weaken when used all the time.If they look worn, then replace them making sure you put the new ones back Exactly like the old ones came out! You should be good then! If not, check all components out side of the pump mainly the Unloader (regulator). Best of luck to ya!

My car keeps overheating. My coolant is draining out all the time so i refill it about every other day. Oil lights on and i got an oil change so its new oil but the light is still on. So i took it in and...

If you don't repair the water pump you will be walking, A used motor runs around $500-$750 and the labor to put in the engine is $500-$1000 so you dicide if you want to spend a couple hundred now or $1500 later, I would fix the water pump and install a new thermostat and coolant.
As for the oil light= check that the wire connector is attached to the oil pressure sensor located by the oil filter, replace if the wiring is good, now if it is still on, put an oil pressure gauge on where the sensor is installed and check to make sure the oil pump is producing pressure

Can't find oil sencor

Durangos are known for oil sludge, so you may need to drop the oil pan, and clean the screen in the pann and might have to scrape out the pan, you can also change the oil pump just make sure you install a new gasket after you drop the pan, that should fix the problem, but if the oil is very very dark goto an auto zone, pepboys, or any other auto speciality store, and get yourself some of the cleaner for the oil, you drain your pil, put the plug back in and put this in the engine, run the engine for like 2 to 5 min. and shut it off drain the oil again, then install new oil and filter, thiat should help you out.
