Hello,
  • 1 what you'll need
Electric drill and hole cutting bit
    Screwdrivers
    Pliers
    Adjustable wrench
    Level
    Teflon pipe tape
    Drain pipe for dishwasher
Dishwasher connection kit - available at your home store (should contain water supply line for dishwasher as well as necessary connectors and compression couplers).
    New dishwasher

  • 2Determine that you have access to the hot water supply line, the drainpipe and an electrical connection under the sink. Installing the dishwasher will require extending the hot water supply line to the dishwasher, connecting the dishwasher drain to the drainpipe under the sink, and plugging the dishwasher in. If your home was not plumbed in anticipation of a dishwasher, you will need to change some fittings under the sink to make these connections possible. (See below)
  • 3Read the instruction manual that comes with your new dishwasher. Installing a dishwasher is straightforward but you want to be sure you understand and are comfortable with the necessary steps.

How to set my wshing machine initialy?

drain hose over the sink's edge. If there is no sink nearby, the washer will need to drain into a standpipe. A drain pipe is basically a pipe with a diameter of 2 inches with a built-in trap that taps into the nearest drainpipe. The top of the standpipe should be between 18 to 42 inches above the trap. The trap should be about 6 to 20 inches above the floor. Standpipes are readily available with built-in traps or can be assembled using standard drainpipe and elbow fittings.

To prevent any unexpected and unwanted flood because of any leakage or bust f the hose pipe, you can use a single-lever valve in place of conventional washing machine shutoff valves. You can simply flip the liver to shut off when the washing machine is not in use.

    1. Screw the washing machine's water supply hoses onto the connections at the back of the washing machine. If the hoses are marked, orient them to hot and cold according to the markings.
    2. Connect the washing machine supply hoses to the right valves. Adjust the level of the machine.
    3. Put the drain hose into the standpipe or the laundry sink. Turn on the water supply valves, and check for leaks.

Where does the drain hook to? maybe a picture please, thanks

Connect your dishwasher's drainpipe to the discharge pump. Many local building codes require dishwashers to be vented using an air gap to prevent the siphoning of water from the sink drain or disposal. Mount the air gap in one of the sink holes or drill a hole for it in the countertop. Connect the drainpipes to the air gap and secure them with hose or spring clamps.

    hi
Dishwashers usually run on 115-volt or 120-volt power. The water they use comes directly from the water heater, and wastewater is drained into the sink's drainpipe. The dishwasher is not connected to the cold-water supply. For best dishwashing results, set the temperature control of the water heater to no less than 140 degrees Farenheit. Water cooler than this usually doesn't get the dishes clean, unless your dishwasher is a newer model that preheats incoming water. The water shutoff for the dishwasher is typically located below the adjoining sink.

A common problem with dishwashers is the non-draining machine. If you are having trouble, check to see if the drainpipe and sink trap are clogged. If you still have drainage problems after doing this, check your drain hose to make sure there are no kinks or bends. if the hose looks worn out you can replace the hose pretty inexpensivley. if your have thoughly checked from dishwasher to trap under the sink where your dishwasher should drain to and it seems clear you may have to call in the repair man.
