My left ear headset does not work. the right one is fine and the battery is charged,

Sounds as if you have a short in the left ear. solution would be to send in to manufacture. Or return to the store.

Left ear piece is not working

Turtle beach x1-other people can't hear me


check if any of the wires are loose inside the thing that turns up the volume. the left and right ear wires are inside of that. i had the same problem with the right ear, all i had to do was solder the wire back on the chip.

The sound comes and goes from right part of headset


The left/right problem could be a bad connection on the red/white XBOX cables. Check to see that they're plugged in properly and not loose. You can also try plugging an MP3 player into the red/white jacks to see if the problem is with the headset or the XBOX. If it works ok with your MP3 player, then the headset is working fine.

Bose Aviation headset Series 2 has high-pitched squeal.


Try wearing the headset the "wrong way". The left side of the headset on your right ear & the right side of the headset on your left ear. I have the QC15 with the same problem and it worked for me. Good luck!

Left ear of headphones volume low


Out of the box or before using it, you have to charge the headset for about 4hrs or until no light on the headset (red if it's charging). Then try using it again play around with the volume. If you encounter the same thing then you have to replace it at the store.

CS60 ear peice with heavy static when in use


This may be caused by a few things.

1. Check the configuration dial on the left hand side of the base to see if another setting works better. The recommended setting for most phones is 1.

2. Make sure your speaking (transmit) level is not too high. First, try lowering the volume on the telephone. If you still hear distortion, adjust the volume of the headset. The master transmit controls are the ABCD switch settings on the bottom of the base. A is the lowest and D is the highest setting. You can fine tune this setting with the Plus (+) and minus (-) buttons on the back of the base that are above and below the picture of the microphone.

3. Double check the battery has a full charge.

The Amber Charge light on the base will flash while charging and will stay solid amber when fully charged.

3 hours = full charge

4. Make sure the headset has been paired to the base.

Headset mic doesn't work


Disconnect the all lines and power
Remove battery of the headset
Put battery back in
Connect phone line
Connect power cord
