Question about Computers & Internet
If the laptop is a little older and has been used frequently, the ribbon that runs from the motherboard to the screen may be tattered. If it is visible or outside of the computer, you will have to take it to a repair shop to have that replaced. Not an easy option but it could always be a virus. I'd be aware how the screen was tilted when it flickers and see if you can get it to replicate the issue if its tilted the same way again. That will tell you if its the ribbon or not.
