Canon pixma mp560 loud grinding noise error 5011 on display asked to restart restarted a couple of times, still the loud noise can't print or scan thanks

This error indicates that there's an obstruction with the Carriage which is hindering the movement of the carriage. It's possible that there's something obstructing the following components: print path, the gears, or ink on the clear plastic encoder strip. Open up the front access door and check the printhead position. If it parks where it should, try moving it manually towards the other side, do this while the printer is On. After that, restart the printer.
If this doesn't help, then try the following steps:

1. Turn off printer
2. Hold down "Resume" button and press "Power" button to power on the printer.
3. Now hold down the "Power" button and release the "Resume" button.
4. Again, press "Resume" button twice then release both the buttons
5. You'll see green lights flashing and then it'll stop blinking and will remain static.
6. At the time when green lights remain solid, press the "Resume" button (four) 4 times.
7. Again, press the "Power" button and the printer should turn off, if it's still On, once again press the "Power" button.

You need to carefully clean the encoder strip. It's the clear strip behind the carriage that runs all the way from right to left. A damp Q-tip should remove any grease or fingerprints.

i got a same prob..i can't print,scan and copy and the refill warning always appeared..i hv refill the cartridge and i shut it down and try again and again..it's the cartridge prob or the printer prob..?
