Question about Televison & Video
If you have a direct short circut such as diode zener fet trans. reg ic you would blow a fuse and it would never come on since it comes on and works you know there is nothing shorted now main descaler ic's can be intermittent due to heat but ck pwr supply first if all good ck regulators on logic board

All you need to do is to open the back cover of the television to check for dry soldering and bulged capacitor, if found replace with appropriate parts.
You need to check the output voltages of the power supply to see which one goes off. It may be due to short circuits some where.
