I am a woman of 66 years old with a blood pressure reading of 110/60 and a pulse rate of 70. Is this normal?

there is no such thing as normal but an average for your health
see your doctor and get what he considers an average from your past records and use that average as a guide for your readings

How do you set the timing on a 1981 honda goldwing gl1100? it does not have points!

There is no timing adjustment , the pulse generator can only be installed in one position. Perhaps the vacuum advance mechanism under the pulse generator is the source of whatever problem you are having. Make sure the vacuum line going to vacuum advance is not cracked or leaking and that vacuum advance itself still working correctly. Applying vacuum to the advance, the base plate should start moving at 1.6 in. Hg (40 mm Hg) and stop moving at 3.2 in. HG (80 mm Hg).

Can kettle be cleaned and continue to be used.

I use a solution of vinegar and water (1:1) and boil it in the kettle, to remove mineral deposits from the metal heating surface (We do the same with the percolating coffee maker and run it through several times)... It seems to take any residual tastes out of the unit and possibly also cleans the plastic parts that it touches (I believe it does).
By the way... WHO thought it was a good idea to heat apple cider in an electric kettle. Sorry but WOW

Kettle keeps Turning off and on.

Try descaling the kettle for about an hour with some white vinegar without heating. Hopefully the problem is caused by limescale on the thermostat/thermocouple and this will cure it. If this doesn't seem to help then probably the thermostat/thermocouple is to blame, and although easy to replace, it seems that the best way to get the right bits is an authorised tefal dealer. This link will get you the user manual for your kettle if you need it; http://www.t-fal.ca/tefal/products/product/index.asp?univers%5Fid=400&dept%5Fid=430&sku=L00056&mscssid=JXT37R7ERWKH9P2URRA8CLM0SHMF327C Also it has the contacts for tefal customer service(Canada) if you need. Hope the descaling helps, it usually does the trick :)
