What is the temperature for the numeric settings? Thank you!

i think he has make new temperature setting so please turn on your temperature satting nobe to minimum point and check freezer,s compressor is working , i hope it will work again if not then possible there is any electrical problem possible or leakage in the copper pipe then try to contact to maintenance personnel for further action.

i think this is thermostat setting problem please make sure freezer,s thermostat nobe (nidle) is in correct position .then see thermostat temperature settings . may be thermostat is not controlling to compressor motor that why it,s running continuously.

please find the thermostat setting controller in your freezer,s inside of door and on the control panel after make reset it on correct temperature .

i hope after that it will work with temperature setting.

Manufacturers of freezers do not give the option of running the machine much above that temperature. Normal operating temperature for a freezer is about -2 to about 8 above F.
Otherwise people could accidentally set the temp too warm and cause a loss of food.
Some appliance parts houses carry universal thermostats that could possibly cover the temperature range your looking for, but 30 degrees is far to warm to preserve frozen food safely.
