Call 800-865-6330.  The white accordion 3M Filtrete filter is $37.95, and is NOT available on the Delonghi website.

I called the number 800-865-6330 and they said I could only buy the filter from them (distributor Fox international). It costs me $48.90 including shipping.
It seems you can get it from an online source as well for $50.09 including shipping: http://www.appliancefactoryparts.com/airconditioners/helpcenter/breakdowns/delonghi/delonghi-pacl90.html

Hoses for proper connection should have been included with your purchase. Without the hoses the set-up can not be done satisfactory. One is for fresh air supply and the other is the hot air exit hose. These are normally vented out a window. Check with the dealer where you perchased the unit from. If from a private individual contact them.

PAC L90 air conditioner keeps frosting up. The room air intake frosts up completely, blocking all the air.

Air conditioners frost up when there is a lack of air flow. Clean the filter, check if a belt is broken (if any), check that the fan spins freely, check all in ports and out ports for blockage and clean the coils with mild soap and water.

Hi,

I would venture that your unit requires cleaning of the filters or at worst it may be a fan motor. Initially, try removing the front panel holding the filters and clean it as instructed in the user's manual. Should this not be corrective, i would suggest to seek the services of a qualified professional

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.

It's actually "Ft", which means "Full Tank".  The instruction manual says to drain the internal safety tank through the drain hoses.
To drain the tank, open the cover on the rear of the appliance. Pull out the 2 drain hoses, take off the caps, and let all the residual water flow out.  When all the water has been drained, place the caps back on the hoses and put the hoses back inside.
It also says you need to clean the filters and let them dry thoroughly before putting them back.
This is also the procedure for "End of Season Operations."
Hope this helps!
