Try reseating the keyboard
if that doesn't resolve then replace the keyboard.
the cursor jumping while typing can be resolved by enabling touchcheck in the touchpad driver settings

Your touchpad driver may need to updated or reinstalled due to possible corrupted or outdated file. You can find the touchpad driver from the below link. Just select the "Operating system" that you are using and download the touchpad driver.
