I have done the step to remove the bios password by taking out the battery for 24 hours and it went good. I could come in the bios and I have installed Windows XP with all his updates. To me surprise the...

That doesn't work, you must completely format the system and then reinstall the operating system. Taking the CMOS battery out doesn't erase the system password, that is a old wives take.

If your USB stick has a bootable system on it, (format the USB with system files before adding your system) and if you set the BIOS to use USB as boot device.

Windows Vista freezes while loading up& Blue Vertical Bars appear

Hi

Reflashing the bios doesn't make any difference.

Check in the BIOS Screen whether notebook scree has the same issue if it is the same then it is a hardware issue if it is fine in the bios screen then need to run the hdd and memory test

After the test result we can decide next steps

> If hdd and memory test passes - then reload the os.

To login to bios - Reboot the system and keep tap on f10

My PC auto matically restart when turning it on

The beep you hear is your BIOS trying to alert you to an error in the POST (power on self test) routine. Without knowing the manufacturer of your motherboard one can't be certain what the beeps indicate...see this link for more info: http://www.5starsupport.com/info/beep_codes.htm
It's possible you have some kind of infestation, and it's possible there's something more systemic, but without knowing the make and model of your system I couldn't say.
Sometimes three beeps indicates a keyboard error...you could try another keyboard or unplug yours and see if it will boot up "normally" without it.
Otherwise, report back with some more info and we'll take it from there.

The bios update failed on my 4g asus eeepc

What you need to do is to get the manual for the motherboard os you can reset the BIOS. On the other hand, you may not be able to preform that. This model is like a netbook and try this, remove the battery and the power cord. give it 15min. put the battery back in and reboot the system and than the power cord. that should help. if not, than a tech person is your next step.

New asus m3n72-d motherboard bios will not post

If you don't already have a case speaker hooked up to the board, you might want to connect one since there isn't an on board speaker and you will not hear error beeps otherwise.

Also, if you have another non-phenom AM2 processor handy you should really update the BIOS to latest release. Many late model Phenoms will not work on motherboards that have earlier BIOS releases and you will not be able to post. You should then choose "Set Optimized Defaults" and save the bios without any changes then shut down (not reset). When you power on again it should post and you should be able to get into the BIOS.

A third thing you can try (after you get a case speaker hooked up) is using a cheap pair of ddr2-6400 RAM to get the board to post so you can get into BIOS and change the voltage to the correct settings for your RAM if it requires a higher voltage than the bios expects.

T6420 E-Machine won't/Reboot W/O F8 Key

No sync means no video signal to the monitor. The rest sounds like a corrupted OS. This could be from a number of reasons, including a virus. If you have NORTON or MacAfee, Your open to a lot of attacks. Get AVG free, and use Mozilla instead of IE.
The reason the fans come on full speed is the MB senses a high temp on the CPU, until the bios fan control takes over after POST. This is normal on most systems.

Computer Freezes During Startup (Urgent!)

Try firstly, on start up keep pressing F8 until a menu comes up. Look for the line that reads 'Start windows with last known good configuration', move cursor to it with the up or down keys as your mouse won't work; and press enter. Hopefully your pwill restart and run as normal. If not you may need your Windows cd.
