How do i delete cache?

Cache is only referred to your browser....E-mail programs do not have cache.

If this is related to your browser.... here are the answers:

1. Internet Explorer: Open up IE and on the top menu bar... go to TOOL -> OPTIONS
then, under the GENERAL tab... you will see a section labelled "BROWSING HISTORY" (in the middle of that window)

2. Click DELETE... (and DELETE again, if you see a 2nd screen) this will delete the cache.
3. Click OK, and then OK...
4. Close the browser and re-open it. You're CLEAN!

IN Mozilla FireFox: Open FIREFOX, go to the menu on top and choose TOOLS -> OPTIONS -> PRIVACY . You will see in the middle of that window "Clear you recent history" or "remove individual cookies". Select the "remove individual cookies". Confirm and click OK.

History browsing delete cookies cache options

You can clean your cache from a single website by pressing CTRL+F5 while visiting it. This will refresh the website and clear the cache for that specific website.

To clear the cache on a larger scale you'll have to get into the options of your internet browser. This option is generally under the tab "privacy" or somewhere in the same area as where you can clear your browsing history.

My yahoo mail doesn't keep my sign in

It stores it in the cache, so if somebody is clearing the cache or if your browser settings are set to clear temporary files on exit, then obviously it won't store the information. Check your web browser's preferences on cleaning the temporary content.

Why does Googlemail keep freezing on me - I can't navigate my way around to open an email, delete spam or go to any other box

Hello
This could come from your browser (Safari?) that needs to be updated, or cleaned. To clean the cache, go in the safari menu and click on the empty cache option. To update your safari, go in the apple menu and select software update. If this does not help, please try another browser like firefox, or google chrome.
Hope this helps
