I had the same problem with the phone working, buttons and all but just the screen is white. Get a blowdryer,open the thing up and blow it for a little bit and it'll start working again.

The problem you are experiencing can either be virus or has to do wtih the flex of your phone.You need to first scan your phone for virus and if it is virus free then you need to open your phone with a phone screwdriver and check the flex if it is intact adjust the flex properly and couple back your phone.If it does not work after that then you would have to replace the flex of your phone.
