Question about Philips Magnavox DVD/VCR Dual Player
Wont stay on DVD. Switches back to VCR after a few seconds. I unplugged it, moved it ten feet plugged it all back together the way I had it, now it doesn't stay on DVD and cannot open DVD tray With remote or unit buttons. Remote works. Help?

You need to release the timer to access the VCR. Press the Timer Set button on the remote or the Stop/Eject button on the recorder. Then press the VCR button.
Please note: the scheduled recording will not run as programmed unless you press the Timer Set on the remote again. (The timer locks the VCR until the scheduled ON time.) The DVD player is controlled separately and becomes the default unit.
I hope this helps.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
