SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Generally, these units are gotten into from the back panel. Be sure to disconnect the power. There are two breakers linked together.

SOURCE: changing belt on my dryer

I am not familiar with this particular dryer, but all electric dryers are designed so that the consumer can replace the belt. Open the access door ( the back, the top, or the removable panel at the bottom front) and the belt should be visible; a few minutes of study will show you what you need to do to change it.

SOURCE: Dryer not tumbling

A broken belt is very common. If you hear the motor running, that's probably it. The dryer must be taken all apart to replace the belt. Hopefully instructions will come with the new belt. Routing the belt over the motor shaft and around the tensioner is always a challenge.

Hi i have a candy 580c condensing tumble dryer no heat when running checked element got continuity checked the stats one is closed ctt the other is open cct ?? any ideas please

CHECK THE THERMAL CUT OFF, THE HI-LO AND THE CYCLING THERMOSTATS BY THE WAY U ARE GETTING THE FULL 240 VOLTAGE, IN SOME UN ITS IF UR ONLY GETTING HALF THE VOLTAGE DUE TO BAD TERMINAL BLOCK OR HOME OUTLET? SOME MACHINES WILL USE 2 SPEED MOTORS IN OTHER WORDS IT USES 120 TO RUN THE MOTOR AND ANOTHER 120 TO RUN THE HEATING CYCLE THUS IF U ONLY GET 120 AT UR TERMINAL U MAY ONLY BE ABLE TO RUN THE MACHING BUT NO HEAT WILL BE GENERATED
