Question about Gateway GM5620 PC Desktop
Did you install anything before this problem started? if yes try to
uninstall it. if not, check device manager if your sound card drivers
is still installed and if it is enabled. to go to device manager
right-click Computer then click Manage. look for device manager then
if it's enabled and there are no problems to the sound card go to control panel then Hardware and Sound. click on sound then check if the default digital output device is selected and enabled.
if it still won't work last option is do a system restore. set the restore date before the time the problem happens.
