I suggest you have to find the decent watchmaker and do not use dealers services anymore.In my opinion you have been overcharged in both cases.
Consider replacing touch screen if it is damaged and then sell it on ebay (anyway you do not like it). For watch in working order you have to get quite a decent money. If you gonna sell it as it is, you will get pennies only.
Later just buy another make and forget about this unlucky example. :))

Your watch is need to clean an replaced the old oil in gear shafting that is the common problem of a watch when the old oil is sticky already thats makes the gear moves slowly and your watch is always late . If ever your watch was already clean and replaced new oil and still working slowly then the problem is in the circuit board is near to run out its needs to replaced whole circuit board so its better again. I know this because im a technician in Rolex service center before. Feel free to ask whatever the result.
Hope it may help you;

SOURCE: Casio 4305 runs 5 minutes slow.
Adjusting the home positions:
Hold down a+b for about 5 secs. If the seconds hand is not at 12, the home position is "off". If this happens, press a to move the second hand in 1 sec steps until it reached 12 o'clock. Now press b to adjust the hour and minute hands. If not at 12, press a hands will move in 20 second steps until they are at 12. Press b, watch returns to timekeeping mode and should now show the correct time. (:

Rarely but sometimes, even the jewelers batteries can be low on energy even when new.
Very unusual that an expensive watch does what you're saying.
Has the watch ever been dropped, OR does it have any noticeable scatches or scuff marks along the edges? use a magnifying glass to inspect it carefully.
if you find unusual marks or scratches, you may have been sold a bad watch too.

SOURCE: watch goes slow when wearing
have recently bought a Stauer Graves '33 wristwatch which I love but have found it is losing several minutes per day just recently. I have followed all the recommendations and it works fine when I wear it for the first part of the day - then I notice it slows and I end up having to adjust it a couple of times. Any thoughts?
