My gbc heatseal laminator is rolling back and foward continuosly .even when reverse botton is not press. why

Can be for two reasons.

The synchronous motor in it is faulty, or there is something wrapped against the roller and it is lifting the spring or throwing it into reverse.

I have a red light next to an icon that looks like a door. The door is closed completely however it will not reset. Any suggestions? Thank you

Probably the sensor that checks for the door being closed has been bumped out of position or is dirty and cannot sense that the door is closed. Some shredders have a sensor that is mounted on a circuit board and they will go bad and the only way to fix it is to have someone replace that circuit board. Hope this helps!

BIN FULL LIGHT IS ON BUT IT IS EMPTY

Unplug the unit from the power source. Open the front of the machine to expose the bin area. Remove the paper bin and look for any signs of paper trapped at or around the blade area. Pull or brush away any debris that may be in that area. Wipe around the sensor with a dry loin cloth or use a can of compressed air for tighter areas. Replace the bin and close the front. Reconnect the power and the Bin Full light should go out.

My gbc heatseal h300 wont feed paper.

I have the same machine, GBC H-300. I have it apart right now, and found the feed motor gear in pieces.

How do I change the blade on a GBC AccuCut A400pro paper trimmer?

You have to pop/pry the blue plastic cover off with a screwdriver blade or something similar. The you unscrew the silver colored piece, then there is a piece of plastic, usually gray, which has a magnet on it, land clinging to the magnet will be your old blade. Remove old blade--watch your fingers, and you can use the magnet to get the new blades out of its plastic case. Align blade and gray magnet--there is notch at the top, put the screw back on and pop back the blue pastil cap. Voila I ran into the same problem until I realized the directions were on the cardboard backing of my replacement blades. DUH!

GBC Shredmaster 3220S stopped taking paper in and makes a loud,

Myi shredder does the same thing so I removed the screws to see what was going on inside.

What happened is the fan tail that spins when the shredder is in operation and cools the motor had broken off. I got some gorilla glue, adhered the fan back on, then let it dry for 24 hours. Replaced the screws, turned on the shredder on it worked just fine. The loud grinding noise stopped and the shredder worked wonderfully. I am looking for a replacement part because I don't trust whether the glue maintains its hold when the motor heats up after excessive use . Darlene

How to fix a stuck shredder

get a pair of needle nose pliers and pull the jammed paper out. (you may need to figure out how to pop off the top cover to get better access to the blades)
