BIS 34-D phone - Display window blinks date time beeps multiple times/day
My coworkers phone has a problem daily that has become quite frustrating. The diplay on her BIS 34-D phone shows the time and date. Everyday the phone beeps and the display blinks on and off. She pushes SET button and enters the time, day and date but in a few hours it beeps and the same thing happens.
Also, the ring tone on her phone has changed. How do you change the ring tone?
Re: BIS 34-D phone - Display window blinks date time...
The display will blink if power is cut either by unplugging or if the control system is power-cycled. The cause of the power glitches needs to be located & corrected. Changing the ring tone/cadence depends on which control unit is being used.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
