Call Panasonic, the unit is under warranty, the audio board may have failed. so call them for your nearest authorized Panasonic repair place. this will not cost you.

i would take it in and have it repaired while its got a warranty on it...or take it back to the store you got it from and ask them to replace the set.

I have a Panasonic Viera 37" plasma TV which is nearly 3yrs old. Picture input is from Sky HD via hdt lead. Most times pic quality is brilliant on both HD and none HD. However I occasionally experience...


This is a fault definately. I have run into this with Samsung plasma tv's and find if you do some electrical adjustments you can usually remedy the situation. Sometimes though, it is the panel going bad or a board. Do u have any pictures i can see? Also keep in mind that if you have a DVM you can make the adjustments yourself. Good luck...GURU JAY
