Have you check the video card of your laptop? try to configure it first to the setup bios of your laptop and restart your computer again. if there is the same problem again appear, you should go to the service center of philips near you. thanks!

Bought a new screen yesterday, and is seems that every letter has i white shade before it.

Go into the setup menu for the video card in your computer and tone down the sharpness control. Watch the monitor when you're doing that so you don't make it out of focus.

1. How do I watch the same movie on both screens on the Philips PET9422 37 9 in. Dual screen DVD players? 2. I bought a refurbished model but did not get a user's manual. How do I get one?

hi,
You can do the following to watch the same moving in both the screen.
1.Connect the AV out of both the unit together. with supplied av cord

2. If you want to watch the movie played on the first unit then put the DVD/AV IN switch of first monitor to DVD and the DVD/AV IN switch of second one to AV IN.Now you can watch the movie played on the first monitor on both monitors.

3. IF you want to watch movie played on the second unit then put DVD/AV IN switch of second monitor to DVD and the DVD/AV IN switch of the first monitor to AV IN. Now you can watch the movie played on the second monitor on both monitors.

I have the manual of the same . As it is large pdf file can't sent through fixya. If you can sent your email id through fixya will sent you the manual
ok

I just bought this laptop yesterday, and ever since then every time i play download a movie or watch a video on you tube it stops and plays, stops and plays. what do i do?

Hello

OK, this does not have any thing to do with your laptop itself. This is actually due to your internet connection. The videos will stop an play if they are buffered far enough, hence, if the video plays faster than it can buffer, it will stop until is is buffered far enough.

The solution for this problem can be to upgrade your internet connection.

Hope this can be of help, if this was nor what you were looking for, let me know so we can try something else.

Kind regards
Andrea

Backlight out on Philips 200WB monitor

Hello,

It sounds like the inverter is out on the power supply for the backlights. If you can open the monitor and take a few pictures of the boards and send them to tech@ccl-la.com I will try to cross reference the boards and give you a repair solution.

Watch movies from computer to tv

look on the back or sides of the unit. it should have a hdmi cable hookup, it will look like a monitor input, then you have to make sure you set the tv input to that. then you have to set your laptop to add another monitor to be able to use it.

Hello, one of possible solutions is to replace T7735 by the same type of transistor and L5753 (220uH use 470uH). This is a job for a technician. Best regards, Arpi
