The Kenmore grill will light any of the 3 burners, but when I turn on the 4th burner, all of the burners go out. It does not matter which of the burners I light first or which is the last I try to ignite. I've taken the burners out and cleaned them thoroughly. This just started this past winter.

Looks like your regulator is not venting properly to relieve the back pressure. The best thing you can do here is replace the regulator.
