Question about Fisher and Paykel IWL12 Top Load Washer
Hi just read your posting.I have seen this problem many times before and the problem is all or some of your suspension rods are faulty. They will need replacing. They are not that expensive and if you purchase a set of them I will guide you step by step in the replacement of the rods. The problem on the rods is the rubber plungers wear and the rod reacts like a faulty car shock absorber.I am nearly 100% sure on my diagnosis but the only way to be sure is to look at the machine.Although this problem is nearly always caused by faulty suspension rods, sometimes when there is water loss in the balance ring on the bowl this has the same symptoms.Lift the lid and rock the bowl from side to side and you should hear water up top of the bowl which is your balance ring. Please reply on how you would like to proceed and I will help you as much as I can.Looking forward to your reply.
