I changed my password saturday and I restarted my computer today dont remember the new password can anyone help me get back into my computer

When you boot up to the log in screen type in administrator as user to log in if you cant log in during the boot up process you will see on the screen for a short amount of time press a certain key to enter set up Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS scroll down to set user password or supervisor password you can change or remove your password from there also click start control panel user accounts on the users tab,click the name of the computer administrator you can change the password there

you will have to burn it to a disk as an ISO then you will have to boot from the disc During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS the scroll down to advanced bios features press enter change your first boot device to cd press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart (note after you have removed your password you will have change first boot back to your hard drive)

Inorder to reset the BIOS password, you have to open the laptop from the back, locate the CMOS battery, remove it and press down the terminal (with the help of a screw driver) for 5 sec, now turn ON the computer (keepon holding the terminal) short the BIOS. Now, Turn off the computer and restart the computer, it will reset the BIOS password.

If you don't want your web browser to remember the password for any sites you log in to.. here's the steps to disable that.
1. On the top your browser..click the Tools menu, and select Options..
2. On the options menu click the Security tab....there is a box marked check with a message: Remember passwords for this site....UNCHECK the box
3. click OK and restart your browser...the next time you browse you will not be prompt to save the password when you log in to any sites.

If you dont want to log in automatically to any sites.. better to log out first before closing the site, so that the next time you use that site you will be prompted to enter your user id and password. You can also uncheck any box that contains remember password..
