Question about Dryers
You need to remove the blower assembly from the dryer.
First unplug the dryer.
Take care when you take the dryer apart, watching for SHARP edges
Take the dryer apart, removing the front panel and then the inner front panel of the cylinder. Before you go any further look at how the belt goes around the cylinder and on to the motor and idler pulley.
Now take the cylinder out, and remove the blower assembly, you will need various hand tools to hold one end of the motor and turn the blower wheel off. the blower may have an direct arrow on it to loosen.
While you have it apart vacuum out all of the lint, and put a drop of oil on the bearings of the rear wheels and idler. Blow all of the lint out of the motor.
