Uninstall unwanted add-ons:

First thing that you should do to fix Mozilla Firefox slowis to uninstall unwanted add-ons installed. Some websites forcefully installtoolbars or add-ons that cause your browser to crash often.

Scan System for viruses:

If you don't have antivirus installed on your system thenmalware can intercept smooth communication of browser and operating system. Also make sure that antivirus program that you are using is updated. Rememberto clean your system with some powerful antivirus program.

Fix Windows Registry:

I cant open yahoo mail i get a box saying reset cookies

Thank you for using FixYa

To clear your cookies and cache in Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, hold Ctrl and Shift and press Delete while still holding them. Choose the time range of "everything" or "all time" and only check the Cookies and Cache boxes to delete. If you're using Internet Explorer, the process is different for the version you are using. You can find details for all versions of Internet Explorer at this link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/278835.
Once your cookies and cache are cleared, try going to Yahoo Mail again and log in. It should now work.

I hope this was useful and please comment if this was helpful to you.

Cant log into my mail account

I would try the basics first, if the retry doesn't work and switch to classic doesn't work.

You can go to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ and download FireFox. This will work, that is what I'm using now.

Or I just found out the the Beta version of Internet Explorer 9 is working ok with yahoo. You can get that at http://www.beautyoftheweb.com/

Periodically, yahoo or microsoft will send out an update that will not work. it will be fixed, it is just a matter of time.

My friend is logged into yahoo on my computer, and i want to log in, but everytime i click logout 2 sign her out...it says website not found and i dont understand why, becuase im clicking sign out right on...

Dear Friend, You can only be signed in to one Yahoo! account at any given time on the same web browser. But it is possible for multiple accounts to be signed in simultaneously on the same computer using different browsers (for example, Robert on Firefox; Lovin Winter on Internet Explorer).

  • You can Upgrade Your Browser to Latest Version(If using Internet Explorer)
  • You may also Use Firefox Click here
  • Open Both Browser same time and Sign in with Different Mail Address in a Computer
You are Done....If this Helped You,Do Rate Me... Thanks For Using FixYa
