gfci's are designed to trip if they receive voltage on there ground/neutral side, therefore my vote is for Smithbrother I would say there is probably a partial short somewhere in you system.

This is not an easy project for most. I have 30 years in the electrical control business and it would be a pretty good job for me too. I would want to know a bit more to make a recommendation. Here's a photo of a 'one line diagram' of what you want (in a nut shell).

Unlock hot tub control panel

Panel needs to be in the display of "Time" 1st. If not, push the "Prog" button to get there. Once the Time is displayed, push & "Hold" the "UP" button for at least 5 seconds. The Lock icon/symbol will be displayed - panel is locked. Release and hold the UP button again for at least 5 seconds, the panel will then be unlocked.

Rp2100 main board has a piggyback circuit board attached to it with 2 relays controlling or wired to 2 jandy actuator valves. I upgraded heater to a new raypak heater & have no clue how to rewire with...

The new board may have the actuator relays and connectors on the main board. If so plug the wires in. If that is not the solution then you can call the Raypak technical support line and they may be able to direct you. Good luck.

Layz spa keeps going off says on readout 6cf.heater is fine pump everything else is ok cheers kevin

You have a problem with the RCD (residual-current device). This is the part of the plug that you have to push reset on before a current will flow. You can repair this by buying a new RCD plug and rewiring it or if you already have an RCD socket adaptor for another appliance, you can just cut of the plug on the pod/ pump and rewire it into a rubber plug and then plug this into the RCD adaptor and the lay z spa should no longer cut out. The RCD is important because you do not want to blow the unit inside.
I hope this helps, If you need more assistance, please ask.

Where can I get a new control panel for my Hayward H Series above ground pool heater? What information do I need to obtain the correct part? Thanks

They are available all over; Try local pool stores or online. You would want the model and serial number off the heater frame to be sure you are getting the correct part.
