Question about Cell Phones
The problem is from the mouth piece of your phone,it has either shifted position or it is no longer working
What you should do is;try to open your phone, look at the part where you speak into in your phone you will see your mouthpiece. Try pushing it gently with the tip of your finger until if falls in place.
Close your phone, ensure that the mouth piece is parallel to the mouthpiece hole in your phone casing
Test your phone to see if it works. If it doesnt then your mouth piece is bad and you need to replace it.
If you cannot fix the mouth piece yourself please get someone with experience to do it for you
If you want to keep using your phone for the mean time then you should get an earphone and use it to make and receive your calls..
