Question about Philips Audio Players & Recorders
I suggest the same (ripping a CD into mp3 or wma format - wma needs to be unprotected). Plugging the player into your pc shows as storage device (needs to be recent pc running Vista, XP, ME as no drivers available). Open WINDOWS explorer and copy files (wma/mp3) and paste into storage device.

I have one as well, bought yesterday.
You don't need a cd, mines does not have one.
Just plug it into usb port on your pc and it should recognize it as a storage advice, you can then use the file browser (on windows windows explorer) to drag and drop files onto it.
