What you have done is accidently magnified your screen slightly. To correct this hold down your ctrl key and move your finger back on the mouse. You can switch this feature off by going to system preferences then universal access and switch off zoom. Hope this helps.

My stating button is at the top of my screen how do i adjust

PUT YOUR CURSUR ON THE TOOL BAR THAT YOUR START BUTTON IS ON.
PRESS AND HOLD THE LEFT BUTTON ON YOUR MOUSE.
WHILE HOLDING THE BUTTON DOWN DRAG IT DOWN THE SCREEN TO THE BOTTOM.AS YOU DO THIS YOU SHOULD SEE THE WHOLE BAR MOVING DOWN, PERHAPS FIRST MOVING TO THE RIGHT OR LEFT VERTICALLY AND THEN ON DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF YOUR SCREEN.
WHILE AT THE BOTTOM RELEASE THE LAFT BUTTON ON THE MOUSE, THE BAR AND START BUTTON SHOULD NOW REMAIN IN THE LOWER SECTION OF YOUR SCREEN..

My ex100 logitech mouse isn't working properly

Hi there

Your mouse buttons are stuck and can no longer hold firmly.

The best solution is to get a new mouse because repairing the mouse might cost almost the same price as buying a new one.

have a great day!

My mouse cursor does not move when I move my finger across my mouse.

I'm assuming you're moving the whole mouse, and not just using something like a trackpad. Pick up your mouse, and turn it upside-down. If there's a ball, grab a can of compressed air, squirt it into the edges around the ball, and roll the ball around. If there's a piece of glass, there's supposed to be a red light, called a laser, coming out of that. If there is no light, you'll need to get your mouse replaced.

When I move the cursor to play a game, the whole screen moves too

How are you moving the cursor? Is it time to change the batteries in the mouse, if it's cordless...

Use the scroll wheel and the CONTROL key - spin the wheel back and see if the screen shrinks. Then click elsewhere on the screen to make sure you're not dragging the whole gameboard around.
