Question about Computers & Internet
Sometimes, when you get a package deal with all the software it may be incomplete. They sold you a DVD burner but you would still need the proper software. I would check with the store to make sure that they didn't skimp out on all the necessary things. I have seen in the past that they don't always install everything on the system and leave it up to you to install it.

This is common with people who don't know how to use a DVD burner. First of all do you have DVD burning software? If so that is good. If not you need to get some software. Next do you have a DVD burner on your computer? If so you should be burning DVD's If not check your computers documentation. If you are unsure how just tell me the manufacturer and the model number of your computer and I can help.
P.S. If you need I can give you some software that will help with your problem.
