I have problems with my Lexicon u42s preamps. I use a dynamic Shure sm58 and on all the inputs it starts working only at almost end position of preamp regulator. Is it normal, or is there something wrong...

Dynamic mics such as the Shure SM58 require the input trim levels to be almost or at MAX setting... this is normal. Are you aware there are counterfeit SM58's being sold from sources on Ebay? Search Gooogle for info about this and how to tell the difference.

I don't know what the latentcy is since you have not told us what you are attempting or where you are seeing this. If you are converting (recording) and playing back at same time there will be a latentcy because unit has to convert, put in memory then convert the other direction. The latency from this is NORMAL. If the unit has a MONITOR function, it can just echo the input signal without converting while recording to avoid latency.

I recorded analog music on md.now how can i transfer analog music to pc and chanege it to digital music on memory of pc.

Your analogue music will have been recorded digitally by your machine.

Digital transfers are only possible from the host pc/Mac to the player and not the other way around.

But you can transfer the audio signal by connecting the headphone output to the Mac audio input; look into the Minidisc player menu and you can set the headphone socket to "line" which bypasses the volume control circuits for better quality, your computer will then re-convert the analogue input into a digital signal with a small loss of quality.

Direct tv hdbox & Plasma TV & DVD SSound system & DVD recorder

Need to make sure you have the red, white, and yellow rca connection cables ran from the samsung dvd player to the red, white, yellow input on the back of the dvd recorder. Once you do that make sure you put your dvd recorder on line 1 input. If you look closely on the back of your recorder it should say line 1 input. If your recorder isn't on that input you can put the recorder on line 1 input by using dvd recorder remote and pushing the input button. Make sure you don't push the tv input button the dvd recorder remote there should be a seperate input button or a way to toggle the inputs on the recorder. Once you verify all that turn on your tv and go to the input on your tv that you watch the dvd recorder on and you should see what your recording on the tv.

Well you put the output RGB (Yello, white, red) cable of your tv to your input RGB of you 404 camcorder.
Let your camcorder go to input mode and start recording.

Timer recording on GoVideo VR2940

First, you need to have the cable directly input into the recorder.

If you only plug the cable box into the machine, you get what is happening now.
After splitting the cable, one side into te box and the other into the recorder, run the channel seek part of the program and it will scan all the channels available on the cable and place them in memory.

Then plug the output of the cable box into the other input on the recorder, and you get yor pay channels and upper tiers.

Your recorder is now a switching unit as well

Maybe when you play the 8mm tape on the TV and have DVD/TV recorder hook up to the TV.

How to record from a VCR onto a canon mv530i

OK get a set of cord that can be used, on the back of most VCR's there is RCA Sockets for Video & Audio out... generally Red & White & Yellow these go to the corresponding inputs on the camera's Video & Audio inputs, OR Correct adapter. The camera must have the correct A/V INPUT selected. Then start the VCR to "Play" the tape, and set the Camera to "Record" this will/should then record the output from the VCR to the memory in the Camera.
