I had this problem too.
But luckily after alot of trying I found the solution!
All you need is to download a converter and (I assume) you are able to send videos from your pc to your phone.
Here is the thing:
You have to download this converter: http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html
Scroll down untill you see "Start Downloading SUPER ©" and click on it to start downloading and install it.
Now, when you start the program, you will notice that you get alot of options, but luckily for you I have the right combination you have to use (See screenshot):
