Question about i-mate Ultimate 8502 Cell Phone
I'm afraid you'll have to hard reset your device, in order to get past the passworrd request screen. You, most probably, know that a hard reset will return your device to its factory defaults, thus deleting all the programs you have installed, as well as your personal data and settings. If you have a recent full backup, to be used afterwards to restore everything, you'll avoid having to start all over again from scratch. Anyway, to hard reset your device, press and hold both the blue 'Fn' and the green 'Call' buttons, and, whilst keeping them pressed, briefly press the power button. Release the buttons only when a confirmations screen comes up. Confirm the procedure by pressing the key that screen tells you to. If the hard reset procedure is successful, your reset will reboot, and when it comes back to life, you'll notice all the initial settings setup (align screen, data, password, e-mail, etc.)
Hope you have a fully working phone pretty soon.
Please, let me know if you need further assistance.
