Question about SanDisk Sansa e270 MP3 Player
I dropped my sansa e270 and now it only plays through one earbud! i've tried other headphones and it wa the same. Is there a way i can open up to fix it or know a place i can? like best buy or something?
This is a hardware issue - there is no repair service for it - and, believe it or not, it may have existed even before you dropped the player - pure coincidence. You must replace the player - tell the manufacturer the earbud is not working, and they will replace it - DO NOT TELL THEM YOU DROPPED IT, or they will not replace it for you.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
