Question about DISH Network IR Remote Control
Hi, my name is Cheri Torres with DISH Network CustomerService. I came across your post recently and wanted to see if I could help. Ifyou are trying to program your remote to your TV I would need the model numberof the DISH remote and the brand name of your TV. You can find the model numberof your remote on the back of the remote at the top, usually a two to threedigit number with a decimal point. In order to get your remote addressed toyour DISH receiver box to control functions such as changing DISH channels andaccessing menus you would need to access the menus and change the remoteaddress. I will list the instructions for readdressing your remote here. If youhave any further questions or concern regarding this issue or anything othersfeel free to post back here or email me at Cheri.Torres@Dishnetwork.com.Thanks! :)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
