Question about Canon imageCLASS D340 All-In-One Laser Printer
My Canon imageclass D340 keeps giving me the "check document" message and will not let me copy anything. I have cleared the paper, checked every area for paper jams, reset the machine several times and still get the same message. I have even left it unplugged for 4 days but still nothing.
After much frusrtation we lifted the cover and wedged in the left side was a TINY scrap of paper on a little wheel.

It thinks there is a document stuck in the document handler. Check for a small piece of paper, or a stuck sensor.
