Manual has assembly/maintenance instructions and a 1-page description of functionality. And a warranty card...that is printed on the back of the instruction page. *headslap*

You should be able to go to Radio Shack and get a replace AC adapter. Either an identical one or the variable one that Radio Shack sells that allows you to select the output voltage (you need 6V) and various plug sizes that will include one that will go in the bike.

I have a manual for this model. I can not tell you how to find one, I have looked all over the net for additional info. on this model and can't find anything. Would be glad to scan and send you a copy if you still need it.
