Question about HP Compaq nx6125 Notebook

1 Answer

Part of the LCD screen is horizontally "blurry". Photos are seen really bad and seems like in that part brightness has gone really high, but not in the well-working part. Is there a way to solve this? If this helps, this rpoblem shows up even at the boot screen, so I think it's an LCD problem, but I'd like your answer

This sounds as though there might be a problem with the inverter (this is a component that supplies a high voltage for a tube(s) that illuminate the screen.

As there are high voltages on inverters, this is really a job for a repair shop.

If the LCD displays correctly on previous photos then the problem is more than likely a CCD or associated ribbon connector failure due to moisture/condensation or age/misuse. Good luck with finding a replacement part!

Screen Line

I don't think that this is a defect. I own an A60 and there is an horizontal line running through my viewfinder. I use my LCD screen more often then my viewfinder, so I've never seen the blur. However I'm pretty sure that your camera is fine.
