I'm sorry for not behing more specific. It is leaking at the outflow or 'drain'. It leaks into the floor below the link. I have observed and felt the water leaking from the large gasket with the large knurled or ridge or studded ring under the sink in the area of the drain. this is a kitchen sink.

I really want to avoid replacing the sink.

Yes, you need to buy some plumbers putty and seal the sliver ring on the top side of the sink. Here is a video link to help you:

Good Luck!

Can a GE microwave door handle be replaced?

Is this an over-the-range microwave oven? If so, you can usually remove the door by first removing the grill vent above the door (by removing 2 or 3 screws first). With the grill vent removed, you can usually remove the door by opening it and lifting it up off its hinges. Place the door down on a blanket. Using a putty knife, you can pry out the black plastic RF shield (or door gasket). This is the most tricky part, and if you are not experienced, you may break that plastic since it is rather brittle. And if you do break it or crack it, then it must be replaced or the microwave oven will leak microwaves. But once you've got that removed, then you should be able to see and remove the screws that hold the handle to the door. After you replace the handle, it's a simple matter to push the door gasket back into place and re-install the door.

My blender Leakes at the gaskit or ring

Best is to clean the leak and then observe using a good powerful lamp to check into the sections.
It can leak at the gasket or the ring or from a WORN OUT spindle shaft.
So check the play of the shaft as if the BUSHES are wron out the liquid can leak.

Hi my sf 80hj washing machine leak below ( rotating shaft) sos thank

A rubber gasket (seal) must be replaced. This seal connects the bottom of the tub to the rotating shaft (Agitator shaft).

A variety of factors determine how long these rubber gaskets last befroe they start cracking.

The seal is available from most appliance parts stores (local and on-line). The trouble is replacing it, it take about 2 hours for an amature and some major disassembly. Removing the agitator, the inner tub (the one that spins after rinse cycle), and some shaft pieces.

Cost for a repair technician will be about $150 to 200 (guess only - I am not sure about the rates in your town).

Good luck.

I have an old 4 Qt Nesco Pressure cooker (No. 4). Do you know where I might find replacement gaskets, etc.?

You could take a look at their site and contact them with the information there: http://www.everythingkitchens.com/catalog.aspx

I have seen comments in other forums that suggest that they can supply them and they retail around $3, but I can't vouch for that!

The cause of leaking is the ceramic gasket. Yes you can replaced it. Find your local hardware store then buy a repair kit for that faucet. If you can bring the sample bring it.

Please rate my help.

Either fit a new neoprene gasket or if you don't mind the flavour, use a heatproof sealant that is sold in many DIY stores.

My hand sprayer on my sink is leaking every time I turn the water on. It's leaking from the sprayer and in dripping under the sink. How can I fix this?

Check for a leaking O-ring/Washer/Seal and replace. Sometimes the internal parts of the sprayer head will wear out. Replacement sprayer heads can be obtained from your local hardware store.
I'll look forward to hearing back from you. :-)

Rust forming between the glass panels in the door

Actually if you can use a screwdriver you can fix this problem yourself. The glass can be accessed by taking off the screws holding the inside panel to the door on. The screws are visible. Once this panel is off you will see the screws that hold the plate glass in. Keep in mind that the gasket that goes around the glass and inside the door panel are there to keep microwaves from escaping. So in all this be sure to put it back in place right. I have fixed many doors and there really is nothing to mess up. Just put it back together the same way you took it off but in reverse of course. As far as cleaning the glass there is a product call Goof Off that comes in a spray. They sell it at Lowes or Home Depot either one. Use steel wool that you can get there as well and spray a generous amount on the steel wool until it drips slightly and not on the glass directly. Clean all the areas and kinda of use a dry rag to wipe off any excess. After you've taken care of the rust stains and are satisfied take a good glass cleaner like Windex and clean it like regular glass. Keep in mind that the whole door will come off and completely apart to get to both glasses and in between. I would comment additionally that what is in between the glass may be that way due to a leak through the gasket around between the inside and outside glass. However, inspect the gasket well and if you need to you can find a replacement through the dealer or manufacturer of that brand. Keep in mind also that leakage from the microwave door in any way could hurt someone with a heart pacemaker if they get close or someone else that has a battery in it such as people with embedded health units for muscles spasms after back surgeries and the like. Those are the most critical health issues to consider and to be sure that your gaskets are good.
