Look for a clogged hose or, if it has been used a bit, a broken hose or hose fitting that will allow air to get in as opposed to all air getting in the end of the hose.

Little suction on most outlets

You can start by going to the vacuum and seeing if anything is blocking there, otherwise you can buy a long cable that is meant to unclog pipes, something like a device used in cleaning certain instruments such as the tuba, it looks like a metal cable with a brush on both ends and just run that through the outlets and try to find the clog and push it out

I put a new vacuum bag in and I get no sunction at the other end of the hose.

Make sure the hose is attached securely to the main vacuum body.

Make sure there are no obstructions in the hose or at the hose opening in the body.

Make sure the cover for the vacuum cleaner bag compartment is securely shut.

Good luck.

I am experiencing some (not complete) loss of sunction when I use the hose

Possibilities:
Dirty filter, needs cleaned or replaced.
Partially clogged hose, needs cleared. Detach hose from tank and drop marble down the end of the hose. It should roll through the hose and power head to the floor.
Partial clog in the power head between where hose attaches and the brush. Detach hose from power head and drop marble into opening. If the marble doesn't roll through, there's a clog that needs removed. You may need to disassemble the power head to do so.
Leaky hose, needs replaced.
Clog between back of tank and filter. This is where the hose attaches to the tank. Remove clog.
Clogged filter at bottom of tank, needs cleaned. Remove tank. There's a screen at the bottom of the tank/vacuum. Simply remove/clean anything that may be covering/clogging any of the holes.

No sunction from my Hooveer windtunnel vacuum

disconnect the hose from the intake hose on the back its the clear looking hose at the bottom on the back.yes you should feel suction where the bag gets connected the clog is at the bottom.but clean the filters first.your long hose i would take it outside and blow it out with a garden hose.on the bottom where the intake hose is ,take a coat hanger and bend the tip till its rounded so you don't puncture a hole in the hose.just work it down into the tube and se if you can push the clog out the bottom ,you can put your hand over the intake hose where it connects to the long hoseand see if you have suction there,if not then the clog is in your intake hose.if you do then the clog is either in the long hose or the filters
