I have a WT610 Projector I can not access cornerstone or keystone function. I have tried reset and 3D Button clearing the settings several times to no avail. Only adjustment working is pincushion. a week ago all three functions were working. I wish to return to having all three options. When you go to the menu the options for keystone and cornerstone are light gray and not functional.

I "Pressed the 3D REFORM button on the remote control twice to no avail" everyday for a week.

    Thanks

Hi,

I am sorry, i didn't get the question completely. Which options are you trying to access?

Are you trying to clear the cornerstone screen?

If not, read page 107.

http://www.projectorcentral.com/pdf/projector_manual_2818.pdf

You need to have acrobat reader to view the file.

Let me know,if needed further assistance.

Hope i helped you.

I have problem with christie projector roadster x9

If your's is the "s" model there is no keystone adjustment provided. Otherwise the keystone adjustment is found under MENU then 1, Size and Position and under MENU 2, Image Settings. Also, refer to this excerpt from the manual:
NOTE: This function is not available in "S" models.
Adjust the keystone control if images appears non-rectangular or keystoned in shape-that is, smaller at either the top or bottom edge. The effect of keystone adjustment is similar to
physically tilting the projector forward or backward in relation to the screen, and it affects all sources.
NOTES: 1) Keystone is enabled for a source only if Size is 1000 and Size x Vertical Stretch is 1,000,000.
2) Keystone adjustment is not available in "S"
models. 3) Avoid using Keystone with Blanking.

The picture on the screen is not square. one side is not the same length as the other 3.

either you have the keystone feature on, or the light tunnel is collapsing. go into the menu and reset the settings to factory default. if that doesn't help, adjust the keystone through the menu. if no change, replace the light tunnel.

Colors in QL-711V shifted to green

Hi, I had the same problem and I wrote an email to Nu. They wrote me back that I should use the Factory reset feature which you have to go through the Factory Menu to get to. Instructions to do this are as follows. I got to the menu my first try but it has been a pain to get back to it. I hope it will be easier to access for yours.

Hope this helps
