Holding down CTRL and ALT and then pressiong on the arrow Up should turn it back to normal.
If it does not then you can try Arrow left, right and down, see if anything happens.
On some computers it might be ALT and arrow. or ctrl and arrow.
if this doesn't work, post me the brand and model of the computer, also which windows it has intalled and I'll find out.
