Question about HP Photosmart 2610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
In just the last couple of weeks, my previously trusty 2610 will not scan..I get the message " An error occured communicating with the scanning device. Please ensure that the scanning device is connected properly and try again"......which I have done until I'm blue in the face...cold reboots, restarts, usb unplugged, plugged, etc....no dice....WHAT am i doing (or what did I do?) wrong to bring this grief down on me?...any help would be greatly appreciated!!!....thanks, GP
I had the same problem...on two separate occasions...I do not know what caused it, but I uninstalled everything and re-installed the software from the original disk and it is no working fine.
