Question about Troy Garden
In this mode, you are keeping the fuel mixture richened. You may only need to adjust the carburetor (if you can) to get the machine to run right. Older Troys had splined carb adjusting screws (Zama carb) and some have D-shaped screws (Walbro). There are tools for sale on E-bay that fit these screws...or you can fashion a homemade device on them and adjust....aluminum tubing or the metal crimp end of an electrical connector (the plastic collar can be forced down over the head of the carb screw allowing you to turn it). Properly adjusting the carb on these requires a lengthy explanation. If you get to, and can turn the screws, don't turn them more than 1/4 turn either way. Do it while the engine is running to notice the resultsl
