Eiki LC-X50M Projector

Overheating when I know it has not been on.

posted by Jabota74 on May 27, 2008

this has been a great projector until after the warranty ran out. I have to leave it unplugged at least an hour before I need to use it. Any time less than that it will act like it is going to start up but cuts off and gives a flashing warning temp light. Filters are clean and I even have an external fan blowing on it to keep it cool. Does it sound like a thermostat problem?
