SOURCE: How do you get a Jenn air oven out of the wall???

The JennAir website should have the installation manual for download. Go there, type on your model number, and it should come up.

Sometimes these ovens just get "stuck" in place, and take some easy levering to break free, or to help you find other fasteners.

SOURCE: Jenn-Air electric wall oven door opens slightly when in bake mode

See this thread:
http://www.bobvila.com/BBS/Jenn_Air_Oven_door-Appliances-1-F3784.html

This worked for me (or at least helped the repair guy get the right parts for my model). Had to replace both the hinges and the hinge brackets. Seems to be a defect in these Jenn-air ovens going back to about 2006. After the parts replacement, the door lines up better, but still does not feel like it really closes solidly. At least glass on the door lines up better with the glass on the control panel.

SOURCE: 7 yr old jenn-air wall oven locked shut, shut down

It will remain locked until the temperature is safely as low as it should be. You just have to wait and be patient.

SOURCE: Jenn Air W30400 wall oven does not heat.

Turn off the power to the oven.
Remove the racks.
Remove the BAKE element screws and carefully pull the element out.
Remove the wires from the element, being careful not to let the wires fall back into the oven cavity.
Use a volt meter set for continuity and touch the meter leads to the element terminals.
No reading is a bad element.
Replace the element.
If you do get a reading, the electronic control is bad.

My old Jenn-Air W230 wall oven only gets to "warm" in the bake position - even at a temperature setting at 500 degrees. However the broil function works well. Could the problem be a bad thermostat o

the oven sensor could be bad,its a small rod inside the oven cavity near the top,or you could have a bake element with a "hot-spot" in it that can no longer pass enough current to properly heat the oven to the correct temperature setting(most elements with a hot spot will show a discolored area on the element where its been overly hot)this is the "hot-spot" it will soon break apart there
