I have Toshiba Satellite proA200- EZ2204X lapotp. I have installed skype and Action VoIP on my laptop. But the far end people are not able to hear me weather I use inbuilt or External Microphone. Plz

You have to make sure there are drivers installed for the microphone device you want to use. You can check that in Control Panel, Sound, Recording tab. If you have a microphone installed all the settings you can set for it will be there.
Also, make sure that whatever program you are using is set to use the recording device you want. This is normally set to 'system default', but can also be accompanied by a drop-down list of all recording devices on the system.
You can test all installed recording devices from the Control Panel, Sound, Recording tab to ensure that they do work correctly. If they do work there, but not in the program you are using, then the problem is in the program settings.
