Question about Hotpoint VBXR1090B Top Load Washer
I have a draining problem with my machine. A pillow got stuck during the spin cycle and it ripped it open and now all the stuffing is clogging the machine. We got a lot out and we checked the drain hose and it is clear. I need to know where and how to check I guess under the tub to clear out more stuffing. It now spins since we cleaned it more. But it will not drain. Please help I have a family of five and lots and lots of laundry.
There is a large hose that runs from the basin to the pump. I would recommend checking this hose from the pump to the basin. It is probably plugged in there as well as in the pump inpellor. look under the machine to find the pump.. White/clearish plastic with 2 large hoses running to it
